Freshwater ecology, food webs, ichthyology, community ecology, Neotropics.

 

My research focuses on describing the patterns and mechanisms underlying the structure and functioning of freshwater communities. Most of my work focuses on fish assemblages in the Neotropical region and encompasses a variety of topics, such as functional ecology, phylogenetics, and prey-predator interactions.
