Mehdi Sadeghilalimi
Biography:
Dr. Mehdi Sadeghilalimi is an Instructor at the University of Regina, specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Optimization, and Computer Networks. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence from the University of Regina, where his dissertation explored the "Discretization of Nature-Inspired Techniques for Combinatorial Problems." With a strong background in computer networks and optimization techniques, Dr. Sadeghilalimi has contributed to several research projects and publications, particularly in the areas of machine learning, evolutionary computation, and scheduling problems.
Dr. Sadeghilalimi has extensive teaching experience, having instructed courses in Computer Networks, Operating Systems, Programming, and Algorithm Analysis. His research interests include the application of metaheuristic algorithms to complex optimization problems, vehicle routing, and public health. Dr. Sadeghilalimi is committed to fostering a dynamic and interactive learning environment for his students, preparing them for successful careers in the ever-evolving field of computer science.
