Computer Science Summer LEGO Robots Camp: a great introduction to FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) LEGO League (FLL). Kids aged 8-14 build and program LEGO Mindstorm robots to complete missions in the robot game of the previous year's FLL Challenge. Please contact deptsec@uregina.ca for more information.
FLL Saskatchewan Provincial Championship: 2-10 students in Grades 4-8 are encouraged to form teams (with 2 adult coaches) to tackle the FLL Challenge, which is released at the end of August. The Provincial Championship Tournament is scheduled for the beginning of December at the University of Regina.
