For Future Students

The Department of Geology offers education and training to enable graduates to pursue careers in a number of areas. Graduating students with a B.Sc. in Geology or Combined Geology-Geography may apply for professional accreditation from the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS). Most of our graduates find employment as geologists in the petroleum, mining and environmental industry, geological surveys, and many other geoscience-related organizations.
