Topics will include: individual level variables, such as perception, personality, attitudes, and motivation; interpersonal and group processes, such as communication, teams, leadership, and power; and, organizational level factors such as organizational design, culture, and change.

An introduction to the management of the operations function in organizations. Topics will include: forecasting, planning, scheduling, layout, control over quality, and quantity of output.
