Miles will teach students of any age, but expects that most are likely to start around age 10, and he will teach any level of student. In Miles’s studio, students are encouraged to work towards exams, participate in recitals, and participate in Music Festival. He teaches any genre of music. Miles requires students to supply their own trumpet by the second lesson, books/music, and his practice policy depends on the student and their goals.
