William Sgrazzutti

Conservatory Instructor

In His Studio:

William (Bill) Sgrazzutti is a collaborative pianist and accompanist for the Conservatory of Performing Arts. He is accepting new students at this time. Bill works with students of any age, instrument, and musical background. He particularly enjoys working with beginner and intermediate voice students, but also enjoys working with more advanced students and challenging repertoire as time permits. In Bill’s studio, students prepare for exams, recitals, music festivals, and other performance opportunities. He is an accomplished musician who enjoys performing a wide variety of music genres and repertoire, including classical, popular, and musical theatre. Bill describes himself as flexible – he doesn't want to miss any opportunity to make new connections in the Regina music community.

Bill holds a B.Mus degree in Piano Performance (Gold Medalist) from the University of Windsor. During his time there, he studied piano with Dr. Gregory Butler and Dr. Philip Adamson, and chamber ensemble/accompaniment and organ with David Palmer. He also holds an ARCT (Royal Conservatory of Music, Toronto) in Piano Performance.

Bill is currently the Music Director for First Presbyterian Church (Regina), a position he has held since 2014. He is also actively involved in musical theatre productions with Regina Summer Stage and has performed with other local music theatre and choral ensembles, including Regina Lyric Musical Theatre and the University of Regina Concert Choir.
