Online Account Help

We have a new online registration system for all of our non-credit programs and classes. Here you'll find all the information you'll need to create an account and register for programs and classes.

Your Online Account

If you are registering your child for a program or class, create your account in your own name and not in your child's name. This is important for tax purposes - it must be your name on the receipt to include it in your taxes. One you have created your account you can add your family members.

Create an Account

You will need an account to register for programs and classes.

To create an account you must:

  • Have a valid email address
  • Be at least 17 years old
  1. Click on Create an Account in the upper right corner of the Registration System Home Page
  2. Enter your information
  3. When you are finished click Create Account
  4. You will receive an email confirming your account creation

Sign In to Your Account

  1. Click on Sign In on the Registration System Home Page
  2. Enter your email address and password
  3. Click Submit

Update your account

  1. Sign in to your account

You can change your address, contact information, and password.

Forgot your password

  1. Click Sign In on the Registration System Home Page
  2. Click on Forget your password?
  3. Enter your email address - you will be sent a temporary password
  4. Sign in with your temporary password - you will be prompted to change it before you continue into the registration system

View activity schedule

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Click on My Account
  3. Under Account Activity, click on My Schedules
  4. Under Family Member Schedule Criteria, select the timeframe
  5. Select the name of the Family Member
  6. Select the schedule you want to view in the Available Schedule Details List

Add a relative to an account

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Click on Add Family Member
  3. Complete the fields and click Save

Remove a relative from an account

To remove a relative you must call Non-Credit Student Services.

Register for an Activity or Program

You register through the online registration system.

Register for a single activity

  1. Search or browse for a course or program.
  2. Click Add to Cart
  3. You will be prompted to sign in to your account
  4. Select the name of the registrant from Select a Family Member to Enroll
  5. Click Next
  6. Review your order so far - if it is correct click Proceed to Shopping Cart
  7. Enter your payment information

Add an activity to your wishlist

If an activity is not available for registration, then you can add it to your wishlist, and then register for it when registration opens.

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Click Register for Activities
  3. Find the activity or program that you want
  4. Click Add to Wish List

Add a person on your account to a waitlist

If a course is full, you will be able to add a person on your account to the waitlist.

If a spot opens up, you will be sent a confirmation email and have 24 hours to register.

You are automatically put on the waitlist if an activity is full. If you do not want to be on a waitlist, you can remove the activity from your shopping cart.

How to Update Your Preferred Email Address

  1. Click on Sign In on the Registration System Home Page
  2. Enter your email address and password
  3. Click Submit
  4. Select Change Account Address or Personal Information Review
  5. Update Email Address
