DUTIES:

• Creating sections of the University's annual financial statements and preparing the supporting documentations for auditors
• Acting as one of the journal entry reviewers and approvers
• Adminstrating Banner and TouchNet and overseeing, from the business user side, any upgrades to the systems, including the testing and training of users on any changes resulting from upgrades
• Supervising the finance systems functions, including being the resource person for adminstrative system add-on software
• Maintaining requisition approval queues for Banner Finance
