In this session attendees will be introduced to the Canadian data-repositories Federated Research Data Repository and Borealis Dataverse. The session will cover things to consider when choosing a repository such as reputation, sustainability, usability, visibility, and researchers’ rights. Attendees will also be introduced to directories of repositories such as re3data and OpenDOAR. Common requirements for preparing your data for deposit will be discussed. After the session, attendees may request a one on one session with the Data Services Librarian to discuss their research and choosing an appropriate repository.
