University of Regina
3737 Wascana Parkway

Canada
In an envelope from the issuing University that is sealed and bears an official University stamp across the seal.
2. Emailed to:
From verifiable institutional email address.
3. Received through MyCreds for participating institutions.
The University of Regina receives official transcripts issued through MyCreds™. You can check here to see if your institution is part of the network. When you share your official transcript in MyCreds™ please choose the University of Regina from the list of available institutions.
Additional Information:
Testing centres may use the institutional code 0830 to send official test score reports to our office.
Note: Documents sent just to the “University of Regina”, or to “Admissions”, “Registrar”, “International Admissions”, or academic departments will NOT be immediately directed to the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research. This may result in processing delays, possibly missed deadlines or lost documents.
Supporting Documents:
Support documents are to be attached in the online application. Please note that the transcripts and degree certificates submitted this way are considered unofficial, and will be used for review purposes only. If you are offered admission, it will be conditional upon receipt of all official transcripts.
Official documents:
If you can easily and inexpensively have official documents sent as part of your application before an application deadline we highly recommend this in order to facilitate a smooth review and offer process.
Unofficial documents:
Unofficial transcripts may be accepted for review only if official documents are very expensive or difficult to obtain or if a UofR deadline is too close to risk waiting for an official transcript via mail. This option is not available to programs that require WES evaluation.
Note: All documents submitted to the University of Regina become the property of the University and will not be returned to the applicant. Documents will not be released or copied. If your original documents are irreplaceable, DO NOT mail them. Provide copies endorsed and sealed by the issuing institution.
