Global Engagement

Global citizenship and engagement constitute an invaluable aspect of graduate learning and #URGradExperience. We commit to providing graduate students and postdoctoral fellows with diverse experiences to acquire global citizenship values and intercultural understanding necessary for personal growth and building a sustainable future. FGSR’s graduate collaborative programs offer the opportunity for graduate student mobility, particularly for domestic students, to study and work with numerous international partner institutions.

FGSR has partnered with UR International to expand our international network and develop new exchange opportunities for current graduate students and postdocs:

Global Learning Centre

The Global Learning Centre offers a number of programs, services, and opportunities for graduate students to take part in and enhance their time as University of Regina students.

Global Training Initiatives

In partnership with FGSR, URI’s GTI team offers workshops and programs designed specifically for graduate students and international scholars that nurture a strong sense of community, and support the development of global perspectives and enhance their cultural intelligence.
