To celebrate Social Work Week in Saskatchewan (March 24-30), the Student Success Centre and the Faculty of Social Work, in collaboration the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW) are pleased to offer (one-time this semester only) a special presentation and Q&A Panel Session featuring a number of Regina-based social workers and administrators from SASW. Seating is limited and registration is required to attend (see instructions below).

These Social Workers will cover several areas including:
⦁ making the most of your time as an undergraduate student;
⦁ lessons learned as a social worker; and
⦁ stories on how to flourish and succeed as a social worker.

Our panel features professionals ranging from recent BSW graduates to social workers with 20+ years of experience, who are excited to share their stories and lessons learned with you. Representatives from SASW will also discuss student membership and its benefits, and be on hand to provide additional information about becoming a registered social worker (RSW). Our panelists have a wide variety of experiences, including backgrounds in following areas: Mental Health & Addictions, Ministry of Social Services, Mobile Crisis, and Family Therapy.

This interactive session will be a great networking opportunity for all attendees.
