The Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Indigenization (EDII) Program is your ticket to becoming a catalyst for change on campus and in your future workplaces.

 

📚 What's the Program All About?

This FREE, non-credit program is carefully crafted for ALL current U of R, Campion, Luther, and FNUniv undergraduate students.

Its mission? To arm you with the foundational knowledge and skills needed to create and promote equitable systems, foster justice, diversity, and inclusion.

The program aligns seamlessly with the strategic priorities of Discovery, Truth & Reconciliation, and Well-being & Belonging, as set forth by the Hill and Levene Schools of Business in our 2021-2025 Strategic Plan

🏆 How Do You Qualify for the Digital Badge?

We know you're eager to earn your digital badge, and it's totally doable! Here's your roadmap:

  •  Be a current U of R, Campion, Luther, or FNUniv undergraduate student: Check! If you're reading this, you're in the right place.
  •  Register by Friday, February 2, 2024
  •  Attend All Five Sessions: We'll need to see your shining face at EVERY session.
  •  Submit a 500-1000 Word Reflection Essay: Tell us all about your key learnings and action plan resulting from the program. The deadline to submit is Friday, April 12, 2024.

 

Our eagle-eyed CEEL team will review your attendance and essay. After you've submitted, you'll be awarded your well-deserved digital badge!
