Some students may require a letter of completion prior to graduation for their post-graduate work permit or for employment purposes.

Students Responsibilities

  • Submit an Application for Graduation form if you have not already done so. 
     I have already submitted my Application for Graduation form.
  • Ensure you have paid all outstanding fees owing to your account. You can review your account by logging in to UR Self-Service. If you have questions about your account, please contact Financial Services at 306-585-4123. 
     I have no outstanding financial balance.
     I understand that a completion letter cannot be issued until all final grades have been posted. 
     I understand that a completion letter request can take up to five business days for processing and will be sent by email to your provided email address.
