MAP Mini Symposium and 3-Minute Thesis

The MAP Mini Symposium and 3-Minute Thesis is an annual event, organized by the Associate Dean Grad and Research in MAP, with the instructor and students of MAP 800: Theory and Methods I.

This year, the theme of the Mini Symposium is Nostalgia and Genre Cinema. Speakers are Dr. Susan Johnston (Associate Professor and Head of English, University of Regina) and Dr. Landi Raubenheimer, Senior Lecturer, University of Johannesburg).

The panel will be followed by 3-Minute thesis presentations by the students in MAP 800, and adjudication.

All are welcome to attend!

6:45-8:00: 3-Minute Thesis Presentations

8:00-8:30: Adjudication and Awards
