Building Working Relationships

Tue., Nov. 29, 2022 2:00 p.m. - Tue., Nov. 29, 2022 3:00 p.m.

Location: Zoom

Facilitator: Hamed Dar (Homewood Health)

Every time people interact, there is an opportunity to build or damage a relationship. Improving the quality of relationships in the workplace can enhance productivity and reduce conflict. This session will review three key tools that can build relationships, will provide coaching on how to use these tools effectively, and will assist participants in developing strategies to address relationship challenges.

Health, Safety and Wellness, in conjunction with Homewood Health, is pleased to announce the return of our mental wellness sessions for the Fall 2022 term. There are four (4) mental wellness sessions being offered for faculty and staff with each session providing valuable resources and tools for supporting your personal mental wellness. There is a maximum capacity of 50 registrants per session so act now! (first come, first served).

For more information on each session and how to register, please visit the Mental Wellness Hub, Support and Resources for Faculty and Staff/Training and Workshops or click here.
The Mental Wellness Hub is the university's one-stop resource center for mental wellness supports, training and workshops for faculty, staff and students.
