Leadership Program

The Professional Leadership Program is a three-week professional development project hosted by the Centre for International Education and Training (CIET) and UR International.

Participants will receive an integrated approach to leadership training. Academic seminars, professional observations, and cultural activities will also be provided. Leadership training will include principles of effective leadership in institutional surroundings focusing upon four primary areas of engagement: leading self track; leading teams track; leading organization track; leading community track.

The program will introduce key strategies in creative conflict resolution, coaching and mentoring, and building high performance teams. Distinguished leadership instructors draw from diverse vocations, skill sets, and experiences offering the participant an exceptional and innovative program in leadership training. Job shadowing sessions are included.
