Registration and Prices

Invitation letters
If you need an invitation letter for visa application, it is prerequisite that you contact the Event Organizer at nursingethicsconference2026@uregina.ca before you make the registration and payment. Please indicate which conference you wish to attend, include your affiliation (organization, organization’s address, country) and the title of your accepted paper if you have one.

Participation fees include:

Attendance in the scientific programme
Conference materials
Possibility to present own research work during the Conference
Coffees and lunches on the conference days as marked in the programme
Possibility to attend Conference dinner, on Thursday, August 27^th 2026 (not included in the registration fee, pre-registration is required)
Early bird registration includes both days

The 'early-bird' registrations must be made no later than on April 30^th, 2026, after which date late fee apply.

The registration fees are free of GST/PST, except for the conference dinner tickets (GST(5%)/PST (6%) 11% in Saskatchewan)

Registration for the conference ends on July 31^st, 2026.

Student fees are valid for all students, including undergraduate and graduate students.

Credit card payment

On the registration form, choose the credit card payment and fill in the payment card details. Payment service provider TouchNet U.Commerce Central - Marketplace*

All payments must be made in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Cancellation policy & insurance

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing (e-mail) to nursingethicsconference2026@uregina.ca before July 31^st, 2026. No fees will be refunded after this date. A processing fee of $50 CAD will be deducted from all refunds. When register you accept these terms of conditions. By registering, you accept the cancellation policy.

In the event that the meeting is canceled by the Event Organizers, or cannot take place for any reason outside the control of the Event Organizers, the registration fee shall be refunded in full. The liability of the Event Organizer shall be limited to that refund.

Please note that the meeting participants are not covered by any insurance (travel, medical, accident or liability) taken by the Meeting Organizers. The Meeting Organizers cannot accept liability for any loss or damage suffered by any participant or accompanying person or another person during travel to and from the meeting or during the meeting. Participants are advised to consider purchasing their own travel insurance and to extend their personal policy to cover personal possessions.

Change of participant

At any time after registration, in case you will be unable to attend for any reason, you will have the opportunity to send a colleague in your place at no additional cost. In such case, please contact the Event Organizer at nursingethicsconference2026@uregina.ca as soon as possible.
