The Student Wellness Program at the University of Regina is designed for full-time or part-time students during the Fall and Winter semesters.  The Student Wellness Programs consist of a variety of activities that are designed with the seven dimensions of wellness in mind.  On the Navigation bar to the left you will find a list of the active Student Wellness Programs offered through Recreation Services.  So go ahead and sign up, be WELL and Realize a Better "U"!
