Award Application Help Sessions

The Student Awards and Financial Aid Office is pleased to offer help sessions for students who need additional help applying for awards in SAMS.

Fall 2021 Zoom Award Application Q&A Help Session

We are pleased to offer free Award Application Q&A Help Sessions designed to assist you with your online application in "SAMS", our online Student Awards Management System.  We will be offering Award Q&A sessions in the Fall and Winter terms for any current students who have specific questions about the application process. 

These sessions are designed to answer specific questions from students and are not intended to be a complete walk-through of the application process.  Written and Video instructions are available on our Help Using SAMS webpage on the following topics:

  • Register as a User in SAMS
  • Search for University of Regina Awards using SAMS
  • Adding Awards to your Application in SAMS
  • Fill out Award Application in SAMS

Please come prepared to one of our Q&A sessions with your specific questions about your application.  If you are unable to attend the workshop dates listed below, please contact us anytime, and we would be happy to assist you with your questions.

All Fall 2021 Award Application Q&A Help Sessions will be provided remotely through Zoom.  Each session is scheduled for one hour.  All times are Saskatchewan time zone.


The Fall 2021 Awards application will be available in early September and the deadline to apply is October 1, 2021.
