Master's Certificate (MCert)

Why a Master's Certificate?

Obtaining a Master’s Certificate is an excellent way to take a few Master’s courses without committing to a full Master’s program. Master’s Certificates provide you with flexible course choices on a part-time basis.

Earn Credits Towards a Master's Degree

A Master’s Certificate is an excellent entry point into the Masters of Human Resource Management (MHRM) or the Master of Administration in Leadership (M. Admin Leadership) programs.

After completing your Certificate, you may submit a new application for either program.

You will then be allowed to hold the MCert and Masters degrees concurrently, using the same courses for both credentials.

Who It's For

Successful applicants must have:

  • A four-year undergraduate degree with a GPA of at least 70%
  • At least two years of full-time work experience

See Admission Information for additional details.
