There are many reasons why we might feel overwhelmed or anxious, but the good news is that there are ways we help mitigate those feelings. Join this session to learn about managing your anxiety, overcoming the overwhelm, and knowing when to seek professional help.



This workshop is free for University of Regina students. Must be a registered University of Regina student to attend. The workshop will be held online via ZOOM.

This workshop counts as one (1) International Peer Advisor Activity.
