The Meaning of Mindfulness

Mindfulness is really honing our ability to be present in the moment and be fully aware of ourselves through therapeutic or meditative techniques. In this session we'll discuss how mindfulness is achieved, what to do when we feel untethered/ungrounded, as well as apply some of the practices.



This workshop is free for University of Regina students. Must be a registered University of Regina student to attend. The workshop will be held online via ZOOM.

This workshop counts as one (1) International Peer Advisor Activity.
