Yoga for Diabetics

This class combines gentle yoga with discussions on managing diabetes. The goals of the course are understanding the stress response and its physiological impact on the body and understanding and experiencing the use of yoga as stress management on a physical, mental and emotional level. You will learn safe and comfortable movements, breathing practices, and relaxation techniques such as imagery and meditation.

This is a FREE class sponsored by the Wascana Cosmopolitan Club. It will run Friday's from 9:00am to 9:50am starting January 17 to March 6, 2020.  There will be NO CLASS Friday, February 21, 2020.

This class is open to all participants with Diabetes or Pre-diabetes and their spouse or support person. All participants must register for the class.
