Children and Youth Spring/Summer Programs

Recreation and Athletics at the University of Regina offers a number of programs during the summer months as well as throughout the school year. These programs are specifically for children. Summer Sports School focuses on physical literacy as well as integration with STEAM (science, technology, engineering, the arts and mathematics). Cougar and Rams camps focus on skill development in their respective sports.

We hope you join us! Registration opens March 15th at 6:00 a.m. online and 8:30 a.m. in person!
