Attention FLC Members,
Please aware of some upcoming facility closures in June.
- Thursday, June 1st: the FLC running track and west end will be closed from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm for the Unified Sports Festival, a Special Olympics Saskatchewan event. The FLC cardio and weight machines will remain open as usual during this time to accommodate members.
- June 14th - 16th: the FLC will be closed from 1:45 pm - 4:45 pm to accommodate the University of Regina's Spring Convocation Ceremonies in Gym 3.
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

What's New:

  • Fitness Centre Attire Policy
  • Masks are no longer required in the facility, but they are recommended.
  • Guests are no longer required to sign out cardio equipment prior to use.  However, guests are asked to respect the FLC Cardio usage policies.
  • All guests are now required to present their Identification Card ( i.e. Student ID Card and/or Membership Card) to FLC personnel upon entry.
  • Track Distant Conversion Chart
  • If your Student Identification Card is unable to scan or 'validate' upon entry, please drop by the Recreation and Athletics Services Office during regular business hours.  Please remember that a validated student card is required to gain access to the FLC, Pool and sign out equipment. 
  • Public change facilities are located on the main floor of the old wing directly across from Facility Services (i.e. Equipment Room) and the two old gymnasiums.

All holders of 12 month FLC memberships (including the newly bundled FLC Aquatics Membership option) have access to URFit classes (including aquasize) at no additional cost!
U of R Students: $24.50 per calendar month for FLC and Aquatic Centre *Included in tuition for on campus students.*

 

Locker Rentals
Full Locker $15.00 per calendar month - Up to 12 months
Half Locker $12.00 per calendar month - Up to 12 months
