Membership Rates

New rates and membership plans as of October 2021.  Rates may be subject to change. Any fee discrepancy (written, posted or other) will default to the fee that is officially recorded into the KHS Client Services operating system. Please note that all University of Regina holiday closures throughout the course of the year have been considered in the calculation of the montly rate.

Payroll Deduction is no longer a payment option.  Lockers must be paid in full. 

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all new and renewing members. Please be sure to read. 

Daily Drop In Passes:   Guests are able to redeem up to three Daily Drop-In receipts toward the purchase of a membership of equal or lessor value.  Receipts must be dated within one week of membership purchase.  Membership will be activated to the earliest dated receipt.  To be eligible for this offer, receipts must be redeemed in person to the KHS Client Services Office.  Receipts can not be sued in the case of a lost or forgotten card or toward a membership that is already active.

Definitions:
U of R Returning Student:  Rate applies for the period May to August only.  To be eligible the student must be registered in the fall semester.
U of R Off Campus Student:  Rate applies to those students registered in a work experience program ( ie. Internship Programs, Fieldwork etc.) who are NOT assessed the Recreation and Athletics Fee in their tuition.  Rate is equal to the assessed Recreational/Athletic Fee.

Forms of payment accepted:  Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Direct Payment.  Note:  Personal Cheques are no longer accepted.

New memberships accepted in person and by phone. Memberships are available for online renewal. To renew membership online, it must be the same type and term as your current or recently expired membership. Scheduled monthly payment options are available upon checkout. Please contact KHS Client Services at (306)585-4371 or email KHS.CS@uregina.ca to change the type or term of your membership.  Payment will be required at the time of application.  All members will be issued a photo identification membership card upon purchase.  Patrons will be required to scan their membership card at a scanning station located at the main entrance of the Fitness and Lifestyle Centre as a means to verify access eligibility.

Aquatic memberships and locker rentals must be purchased separately.

Refund & Extension Policy: No refunds will be provided for any membership except in the following circumstances:
All memberships may be cancelled, without any reason, up to 7 days after the purchase of the membership. There will be no refunds provided after the 7 days unless for medical reasons and/or relocation out of the city. All refunds will be prorated based on the date of commencement to the date of cancellation. For medical withdrawals and extensions, a supporting doctor's note must be received by the KHS Client Services Office within 10 days of notification of the cancellation. Membership cancellations will be prorated based on the date the notification was received by the KHS Client Services Office. If the medical note is not received within 10 days of cancellation, the withdrawal becomes null and void. A $20.00 cancellation fee will be assessed for all refunds (no exceptions). Refunds may not be done after the membership has expired.
DPSC & FLC Clients: DPSC & FLC clients may extend a 12 month membership for extended travel for a period of one to three months. The extension may only be done once within the membership 12 month term.

Memberships are available to individuals 14 years of age or older.  Individuals 14-18 years of age may be asked to verify age with a Birth Certificate and/or Sask. Health Card.
