Internal Walking Paths

Map # 1  (Short Distance Internal Walking Path, pdf) – The start is in front the stairs at the entrance to the Center for Kinesiology, Health and Sport.  Head down the long hallway to your right, this will take you to:

Check point A – 167 Meters

Check point B – 253 Meters

Check Point C – 343 Meters

Check Point D – 502 Meters

Stair way to healthy

When you get to the stairs you can burn approximately 22 calories going to the 3 rd floor once!

When you climb to the top of the 6 th floor 31 calories! (If you’re really looking for a burn get to the bottom and do it again!!)

Climbing to the 6 th floor twice gives you a quick burn of 62 calories!!!

That’s like eating a 1 tbsp of Thousand Island Salad Dressing...hard work for a little dressing!!

Don’t forget that if you do this for one hour you will burn over 380 calories!!
