The University of Regina has a new way of reaching students around the world with the new virtual campus tour. This exciting new website feature includes 19 different video tours and interactive maps of the main campus and College Avenue campus. Within the maps you can find panoramas and information about each building.

“One thing the pandemic taught us is that reaching students virtually needs to be a top priority,” says Naomi Deren, Director, Enrolment Services at the U of R. “The virtual campus map allows students from around the province, the country, and the world to see what our campuses have to offer. Distance is no longer an issue.”

The virtual campus tour will also serve as an important recruiting tool for students interested in attending the University of Regina. With many students doing the initial stages of their university selection and application process online, it is especially important for them to be able to check out the campus.

About the University of Regina

Set in the heart of the Canadian prairies we are a comprehensive, mid-sized university where the opportunities are as limitless as the horizon. Our campuses are on Treaty 4 and 6 - the territories of the nêhiyawak, Anihšināpēk, Dakota, Lakota, and Nakoda peoples, and the homeland of the Michif/Métis nation. It is our responsibility to strengthen relationships with Indigenous communities to build a more inclusive future for all. Our three federated colleges, 10 faculties, 25 academic departments, and 18 research centres foster innovative research with practical and theoretical applications. We are committed to cultivating the potential of our 16,000 students and supporting their health and well-being. We take learning beyond the classroom through work and volunteer experiences to develop career-ready graduates.

Let’s go far, together.
