Emergency Bursary and Single Parent Bursary
The Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research is dedicated to cultivating academic excellence at the highest levels of our university. Graduate Students are often more vulnerable to unforeseen financial hurdles, and many are also parents supporting themselves and their families. This creates unique challenges in pursuing graduate degrees, often leaving students vulnerable to impacts from emergencies. You can make a direct impact on students' lives through our Emergency Bursary and Single Parent Bursary. Access to such emergency funding can be a lifeline to support our graduate and post-doctorate students through situations that might otherwise derail their academic careers.
