Scholarships and Awards
All scholarships are accesible via a University-wide search engine, the Student Awards Management System (SAMS).
Religious Studies Students are eligible for several substantial scholarships, including the following awards:
- Religious Studies Founder's Scholarship ($1200; apply by October 1)
- The Dr. Kang-nam Oh Scholarship ($1500; apply by October 1)
- Barbara Glieberman Prize ($450; awarded by the department, no application required)
- Emil Schiewe Memorial Scholarship (please see Luther College for more information)
- The Dr. Leona Anderson Religious Studies Essay Prize ($1500; apply by June 1)
Undergraduate students should consult the Student Awards and Financial Aid Office. Graduate students should consult The Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research.
