Through the Mental Wellness Hub, students can access counselling, group sessions, and wellness courses to prioritize their mental health throughout university.

With your Archer Library card, you can access a TON of recent tv and movies, including Marvel, Disney, Academy Award winners, and documentaries – absolutely free!

Fitness has a ton of benefits including stress relief and a better sleep. As a student, make the most of our fitness facilities with free UR Fit classes. There are tons of pre-recorded workouts you can do at home, too!
