Welcome to the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science
Engineering and the applied sciences represent a rewarding area of study that blends creativity and imagination with the science and mathematics of design and problem solving and the human factors of personnel and resource management, planning, and organization. If you're interested in designing solutions to life's problems, big or small, then engineering just might be the program for you!
On our website, you'll find answers to questions like: What is engineering? What classes should I take in high school? How do I register for classes? What programs are offered? What sort of career can I have? What else can I get involved in as an engineering student? What is accreditation and are U of R's Engineering programs accredited?...and many others. Please, browse our website for answers to all these questions and more. Also, if you'd like to speak to someone about our programs or other questions, feel free to contact us.
The combination of uncleared deferrals and new registrations may not exceed 15 credit hours unless a cumulative overload is formally approved by the students's dean or designate.
