Dr Thomas Chase says goodbye to the University of Regina

For more than four decades Dr Thomas Chase has epitomized the University of Regina’s motto, “As one who serves.” Throughout his time at the U of R, Dr Chase has served as a professor, colleague, mentor and senior administrator.

Dr Chase has served as Interim President and Vice-Chancellor since April 1, 2020 and has guided the University through the challenges and complexities of the global COVID-19 pandemic. 

The entire University of Regina community thanks Dr Chase for his years of empathetic and thoughtful leadership, passion for teaching and research, good humour and contributions that will benefit our institution for years to come. We wish him the best in his well-deserved retirement.
