Mental Health

Mental health and wellbeing is an important topic that has a significant impact on our overall university community. Within post-secondary institutions, the mental wellbeing of students, faculty and staff has been increasingly acknowledged as an area that requires support and focus. In particular, there is a need for preventative mental health programs and services that foster resilience and coping skills. The University of Regina understands that the mental wellness of all students, faculty and staff is deeply important in achieving our academic mission, creating student success, and supports our commitment to our communities.
