Moving Beyond Aspirations to Action

The University of Regina and the federated colleges are committed to meaningful progress toward sustainability. As global citizens, we collectively and individually accept the call to action to address climate change and promote a sustainable society. This office serves as a focal point for catalyzing collaboration with all campus units to strengthen ongoing and emergent activities. Working with leaders and individuals across the institution, we will move the Sustainability Action Plan forward and facilitate supports for sustainability efforts in teaching, research, operations, and engagement that foster a space to discover and reciprocally learn together.

Sustainable Development Goals

The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, are an urgent call for action by all countries – developed and developing – in a global partnership.
